Site Supervisor / Project Manager Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Experienced Painter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven residential, commercial, or industrial painting experience who takes pride in delivering high‑quality craftsmanship. You'll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying finishes, performing touch‑ups, and maintaining a clean, professional job site. Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation — Clean, scrape, sand, and repair surfaces, including cracks and holes Finish Application — Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Site Protection — Safeguard surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and protective materials Paint Mixing — Mix and match paints for accurate color and consistency Tool Care — Maintain and properly store tools and equipment Project Documentation — Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and project specifications Safety Compliance — Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Team Communication — Collaborate effectively with coworkers, clients, and contractors Final Touch‑Ups — Complete minor repairs and finishing touches at project completion Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (training available for the right candidate) Knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using ladders, scaffolding, and power tools Physically able to lift up to [X lbs] and perform manual labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required) OSHA certification or safety training preferred Work Environment Indoor and outdoor job sites Exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals (PPE provided) May require working at heights or in confined spaces
