Painter Wanted — All Experience Levels Welcome Form & Finish Co | Byron Center, MI area Form & Finish Co is a growing residential and commercial painting business looking to add reliable, hard-working people to our crew. We hire based on work ethic and results — not just resumes. Whether you've never picked up a brush professionally or you've been painting for 15 years, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Prepping surfaces (sanding, patching, taping, masking) Applying interior and exterior paint by brush, roller, and sprayer Cleanup and job-site organization Working directly with clients to deliver a clean, professional finish Occasional ladder/height work for exterior jobs Who we're looking for: No experience necessary — we'll train you on technique, tools, and our process Experienced painters are welcome and will be brought on at a higher starting rate reflecting your skill level Reliable transportation and the ability to show up on time, every time A strong work ethic — this is physical, hands-on work Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders A valid driver's license is a plus

Pay:

Pay is based on experience and performance. We start new painters at a fair hourly rate and increase pay as you prove your speed, quality, and reliability on the job. Experienced painters can start at a higher rate right away. The better and more efficient you are, the more you earn — top performers on our crew make significantly more than entry-level pay.
