In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, from residential remodels to commercial building enhancements, helping us deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine paint requirements and project scope Perform specialized painting tasks including industrial painting, restoration work, stucco application, and masonry finishes Execute surface preparation tasks like caulking, plastering, drywall finishing, and fixture installation for seamless results Use construction estimating skills to assess material needs and ensure efficient project execution Maintain safety standards on construction sites by properly handling tools like scaffolding, welding equipment (if applicable), and carpentry tools such as trim carpentry and frame carpentry equipment Assist with renovation projects involving demolition, framing, masonry, concrete finishing, and remodeling activities Conduct minor carpentry repairs or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project quality Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for accurate measurements and estimations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and airless paint spraying techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to material quantities and project timelines Background in related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (stucco), plastering, or restoration work is highly desirable Prior involvement in renovation or remodeling projects demonstrating versatility across various construction disciplines Construction site experience that emphasizes safety compliance and efficient workflow management Join us in delivering outstanding craftsmanship on diverse projects!
