Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces across residential home. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and safety standards. Whether working on renovation sites or new construction projects, you'll play a vital role in creating visually appealing and durable surfaces. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, primers, and coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute various types of painting in residential homes Perform surface preparation tasks such as stucco application, plastering, and spackle application Maintain safety standards on sites by using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols during all phases of work. Requirements No prior painting experience needed 18+ Years of age Good with Heights Transportation is required Proficiency with hand tools including brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, and power tools such as drills and sanders. Skilled in the use of airless paint sprayers for large scale or detailed applications. Handyman experience is also welcome
