No professional painting experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We specialize in interior and exterior painting throughout Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Oakland Township, Macomb Township, and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to learn a skilled trade with opportunities to grow. What You'll Do Help set up and clean up job sites Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and other surfaces before painting Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming Assist with interior and exterior painting projects Learn proper brush and roller painting techniques Help maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area Follow job-site safety procedures Work alongside experienced painters and learn professional painting techniques Help ensure each project is completed cleanly and professionally Interact respectfully with homeowners, customers, and other team members What We're Looking For No painting experience required Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic Positive attitude Attention to detail Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Comfortable using ladders Able to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license preferred Previous painting, construction, remodeling, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required . Pay $16.00-$35.00 per hour , depending on experience and skill level. Entry-level team members have the opportunity to increase their pay as they learn new skills and become more experienced.
