This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and making sure finishes look clean and professional. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in different types of projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and repairing as needed Apply paint, primer, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Follow basic plans or instructions to complete painting tasks correctly Help with general construction tasks like trim work, repairs, and installations when needed Keep the work area safe and clean, following safety guidelines Work with a team on various renovation and construction projects Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to learn and work hard Positive attitude and team player
