In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment like airless paint sprayers. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects according to specifications. Perform surface preparation tasks including plastering, caulking, and stucco application for smooth finishes. Execute renovation and restoration projects by repairing or refinishing walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, and masonry work. Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete painting tasks on time and within scope. Skills Extensive experience with residential and commercial painting techniques. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and material procurement. Proficiency in color theory to select appropriate hues that enhance interior aesthetics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and ladders safely at construction sites. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for precise project execution. Familiarity with plastering, caulking, stucco application, and masonry work for surface finishing.
