We are a small, friendly, owner-operated painting company that has been in business for 29 years and is looking for new crew members. We work metro-wide and are known for our clean, polite, and efficient work. We do interior work exclusively in quiet, senior living facilities, residential homes, and light commercial work. Tools will be provided. You will be an employee of the company, not a sub-contractor, and will receive a W2 and not a 1099.

Requirements:

• Painting experience isn't necessary but it's a plus
• Reliable transportation, preferably with room to haul gear
• Smartphone and ability to access a shared Google calendar
• Must pass a criminal background check (as required by facilities)
• Ability to follow instructions clearly
• Stellar customer service skills and the ability to converse with customers
• Proof of COVID vaccination Compensation based on experience with quick opportunities for rate increases based on performance.

Direct deposit is paid bi-weekly. Because we are a small company we are unable to pay benefits, overtime or vacation pay. Instead I pay a higher hourly wage and provide an awesome work/life balance.
