Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented painter to join our team. This role involves interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and delivering clean, professional finishes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, caulking, taping) Apply paint, stain, and finishes with attention to detail Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow project timelines and instructions Respect clients' homes and work professionally

REQUIREMENTS

Painting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license (preferred)
