This full-time, travel position runs through June 10th and offers the chance to work within a specialized
FED 3 EBD
program serving students in 4th and 5th grades. You'll be part of a collaborative team, paired with two dedicated paraprofessionals who will support you as you manage a caseload of just five students—allowing you to provide focused, high-impact interventions. Two students follow altered school days, offering a unique aspect to your routine and further developing your flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active teaching credentials appropriate for Special Education in Minnesota Experience or interest in working with students within an EBD (Emotional/Behavioral Disorders) program Strong communication, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and behavioral supports Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Collaborate with paras, staff, and families to maximize student growth Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
