Painter - Part-Time & Full-Time

Spring is right around the corner (fingers crossed!) and Finaltone Painting Company is seeking SEASONAL, PART-TIME and/or FULL-TIME, Painters for work in the greater metro Twin Cities area [Minneapolis, St.

Paul, and surrounding areas]. We specialize in multi-housing exterior and interior painting, as well as other commercial and residential projects.

• $24 per hour, depending on experience
• flexible scheduling (core hours are between 7am and 5pm, M-F)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 to 2 years experience doing interior and/or exterior painting
• knowledge of painting techniques, and proficiency in using the tools of the trade
• have reliable transportation
• be motivated and dependable, with excellent attention to detail
• ability to follow directions and to be respectful and courteous to clients and coworkers
• strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• ability to "stay cool" on tough jobs
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• ability to climb ladders and work at heights (project dependent)
• ability to successfully communicate with English-speaking clients and coworkers

KEY JOB DETAILS

• Painters are assigned to jobs around the Twin Cities and surrounding areas and are required to arrive to job sites on time, as scheduled.
• Painters perform all types of exterior and interior painting work, including surface preparation (e.g., prepping various surfaces by washing, scraping, remove old caulking, re-caulking, etc.) as directed by Team Leads or Management
• Painters are required to adhere to company and regulatory safety procedures at all times.
• Painters are able to work independently or with a team.
