We are looking for a reliable, skilled professional who works safely, communicates clearly, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming. Apply paint and coatings with brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain airless spray equipment. Safely operate aerial boom lifts and work at elevated heights. Select and apply appropriate primers, paints, and specialty coatings for different surfaces and conditions. Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, structural steel, and other commercial surfaces. Understand product specifications, application instructions, coverage rates, and drying times. Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers. Follow company safety procedures and complete work to established quality standards. Requirements At least two years of professional painting experience. Good English communication skills and the ability to understand job instructions and safety requirements. Ability to operate an airless paint sprayer. Ability to safely operate an aerial boom lift. Working knowledge of different primers, paints, and coatings and when to use them. Comfortable working at heights. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude. Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physically demanding work.
Preferred qualifications:
Commercial painting experience, boom lift certification, and familiarity with dryfall, direct-to-metal coatings, epoxy, structural steel, and specialty coatings.
Pay:
$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
