Job Description
Seasonal Painter (Full-Time)Overview We're hiring motivated, dependable people to join our painting team for the season. We work on residential painting projects throughout the Kansas City area and are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in quality work. Painting experience is preferred but not required . If you've worked in construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, fencing, or another outdoor labor position, we'd love to hear from you. We provide hands-on training for the right candidates. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming. Paint and stain homes, decks, fences, and other residential projects. Use brushes, rollers, and airless paint sprayers to apply coatings. Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, power tools, and painting equipment. Protect landscaping, windows, and other surfaces during painting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Work with a crew to complete projects efficiently while delivering high-quality results. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Previous outdoor labor experience is required Painting experience is preferred but not required Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team and communicate professionally Job Details Seasonal Full-Time Position $20.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and performance Performance-based bonus opportunities 20-40 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule Why Join Our Team?
