If you cut a clean line freehand, prep like the finish depends on it, and take pride in a wall that looks right in raking light — let's talk. Interior in winter, exterior in season. What you'll do Prep surfaces: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, mask, and protect Cut in clean lines freehand — no tape crutch on straight runs Brush, roll, and spray interior and exterior surfaces Repair drywall and match existing textures Stain and finish cabinets, trim, doors, decks, and fences Match colors and sheens to existing work Work off ladders, scaffolding, and lifts, safely Mix, thin, and select coatings for the substrate and conditions Protect the client's property like it's your own — floors, furniture, landscaping Leave every job site clean and the client happy What you bring Proven professional painting experience (required) Clean, straight cut-in work with a brush (required) Airless sprayer experience — setup, operation, and cleanup (required) Solid prep skills: patching, sanding, caulking, taping, texture repair Knowledge of coatings — when to use what, and why Your own basic hand tools (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet all day Show up on time, communicate straight, and stand behind your work Willing to pass a background check and drug screen Nice to have Cabinet or fine finish experience Commercial or multi-unit production experience Wallpaper removal and hanging Newer to the trade?
