Bilingual Painter

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bilingual Painter for a full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday, temp-to-hire / direct hire opportunity in Catawba, NC. This role involves preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces for residential and commercial construction projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and effective bilingual communication (English/Spanish) on job sites. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming Apply paint, stain, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces Protect work areas using drop cloths, tape, and coverings Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work environment Requirements 1-2 years of painting experience preferred Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment Ability to use brushes, rollers, sprayers, and sanding tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
