This position is ideal for an experienced painter who takes pride in clean, professional work and can complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior apartment painting, drywall repair, mud work, patching nail holes, touch-ups, and preparing vacant units for turnover. Attention to detail is extremely important, as work must be completed professionally with clean lines, smooth finishes, and proper protection of floors, trim, fixtures, and surrounding areas.
