In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces with precision and care, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and durability. Your expertise will help homeowners realize their renovation visions, creating inviting and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in residential painting while working on diverse projects that challenge your craftsmanship and creativity. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a quality finish. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform detailed trim carpentry, plastering, stucco work, and restoration tasks as needed for seamless finishes. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols on construction sites and handling equipment properly. Maintain a positive work ethic throughout the painting process and work efficiently to get each job done. Experience Previous experience is not required. Every new employee will be trained in the same program regardless of any previous experience to ensure all work is being done properly and to the highest standard.
