Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for painting empty apartments, sometimes protecting flooring. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching imperfections to prep for paint. Apply paint using brushes and rollers only, no spraying. Utilize hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, and caulking guns, for surface preparation and finishing touches. Execute maintenance tasks such as caulking seams, sealing joints with caulking compounds, and performing touch-ups as needed. Experience Proven experience in residential painting with knowledge of tools and paint process.

Pay:

$900.00 - $2,000.00 per week
