So you think you can paint? Show us. Two day paid working interview with invitation to be a part of our family, or not. If you can paint consider this: We are not production based, we are quality. Looking for our missing piece that can only be filled with a painter of skill, competence, that is capable of communication, and someone who shows up. If chosen after your 2 day working interview you will have: A respectable wage based on your current skill level with the fastest track to advancement Hourly wage raises - Not withheld like other painting companies but given with skill advancement, at the very least, annually. Journeyman painters opportunity to get into a truck, have a shot at being a boss, while earning a foremans wage. Side jobs awarded for good attendance and positive mental attitude throughout the year where you and others selected take and split ALL of the profit.
