Facilities Painter (Full-Time) - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:

Responsible for maintaining primarily interior finishes including but not limited to painted walls/surfaces, wall covering, laminates, etc. Performs wall repairs and minor maintenance items. Develops and maintains finish records of all facilities to support consistency and quality across locations. Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions to assess scope of work; measure surfaces accurately to determine material needs; calculate costs and assist with pricing as needed. Adhere to all safety requirements, participate in required meetings, and follow organizational policies.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in field or profession preferred; Prior experience in painting and application of finishes required; Prior experience of surface repair preferred.

Skills:

Knowledge of painting tools and equipment required; General Maintenance and Carpentry skills including laminate installation/repair are a plus.
