PAINTER Mariemont Care Center is looking for a dependable and experienced Painter to join our Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Paint resident rooms, hallways, common areas, offices, and other facility areas Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming Perform touch-ups and maintain painted surfaces throughout the building Apply paint, stain, and other finishes Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with general maintenance projects as needed Follow all safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

Previous professional painting experience preferred Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Able to work independently Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment
