Mullen Painting & Remodeling, LLC. is a growing family business that is looking to hire an experienced painter for apartment turn painting in downtown Cleveland. Our open position is for someone who is interested in W2 work only. We manage 17 properties in the Cleveland area and have plenty of year round work.

Job duties:

Efficiently prep all surfaces, including caulking trim and repairing walls as needed. Brushing and rolling walls, trim and ceilings. Painting public areas such as hallways and stairwells, as well as other Commercial/Residential painting projects. Keep all painting equipment in a clean working manner and clean up work area when job is completed.

Experience:

3+ years of recent painting experience is required. Drywall repair is preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation and a good work ethic. We provide company shirts and all painting supplies for our employees. Weekly bonuses paid out for efficiency. Most painters range $1200-$1900 a week depending on desire to work.
