Do you want to learn the art of house painting and grow your skill set? Do you want to take pride in a job well done, whereas exceeding customer expectation? Join our residential painting company in Bexley, OH for both interior and some small exterior projects. We are looking for honest, reliable people to join our crew. Some skills in painting or a related trade are a plus, but are not required. On-the-job training will occur. All candidates must be able to handle multiple duties each day. Ability to complete projects on time (and eventually independently) is a top goal. Some hand tools and paint brushes are required. Company does not supply brushes or standard hand tools for painting. Please make note of this, and hired candidates must purchase such tools. Bonuses and pay raises can be awarded for meeting goals, quickly adapting to our system, and for being able to work with a crew and/or independently without distraction. References and background check required and will be checked. Please supply at least 3 references. This work is for interior and some exterior painting. Serious inquires only. Our core hours are 8:30 until 4:00 PM. Being on-time and working full days are required! Payroll is typically run bi-weekly through direct deposit.
