Exterior Painter

Position Overview:

We are seeking an honest, skilled and reliable Exterior Painter to join our team. This role focuses on performing a variety of exterior painting tasks on residential properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep wood surfaces prior to applying paint Perform exterior painting on wood trim on various areas of residential buildings and fencing. Apply caulking to trim and exterior surfaces where needed Safely use ladders up to two stories Pick up and transport materials, supplies and old material as needed Maintain a clean and professional job site Ability to read, write and comprehend tasks and explain work performed effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in exterior painting Ability to safely work at 2-story heights using ladders Must have your own vehicle, ladder (up to 28 feet), and necessary tools to complete the job Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete the job Must present a professional appearance and wear company-branded apparel (provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with exterior level painting Strong attention to detail and ability to provide quality work Ability to problem solve under pressure.

Work Environment & Expectations:

Outdoor work Physically demanding role (lifting, climbing, bending) Consistent communication with team and/or management. Ability to produce written notes on job performed for billing (where applicable)

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
