What You'll Do As a Painter with R.R. Paint, you'll work as part of our team to complete high-quality painting projects for our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Completing interior and exterior painting projects Preparing surfaces properly before painting Applying paint, primer, and other coatings with care and consistency Maintaining a high level of attention to detail Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Protecting customers' homes, furniture, flooring, and belongings Following project instructions and company standards Communicating clearly with teammates and customers Taking pride in your work and the finished product Doing the job right the first time rather than cutting corners Continuing to learn and improve your painting skills What We're Looking For Experience is preferred, but attitude and work ethic matter just as much.
