Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development in areas such as math, language, physical education, and social skills
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and supervising children during meals
  • Monitor children during playtime both indoors and outdoors
  • Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child
  • Familiarity with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development At our daycare center, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
Up to $18 per hour depending on experience and education.
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
