Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment like airless paint sprayers Perform plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work to achieve seamless finishes Operate power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing tasks while adhering to safety protocols Skills Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques across various surfaces Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders Experience with construction site safety procedures and working on active construction sites Join us if you're eager to apply your versatile skills in a lively environment where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
