Commercial and Residential Painter

We are hiring experienced commercial painters for full-time, year-round work. Production painters only - not an entry-level position Consistent work + steady hours (40+ per week) Travel up to 2-3 hours max (most work in Tulsa) Who We're Looking For Established painting crews , OR A strong lead painter with a helper Painters who can work fast, stay consistent, and produce quality work What You'll Be Doing Commercial painting (schools, offices, large facilities) Interior & exterior production work Spraying, back rolling, brush & roll Requirements 2+ years professional painting experience Experience in commercial or high-production environments Ability to maintain speed + quality Core Skills Masking and protection Caulking and prep work Spraying (airless + back roll) Brush and roll Painting over Level 4 & Level 5 finishes Bonus (Not Required) Drywall patching or finishing experience Crew already established Basic Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Willing to travel up to 2-3 hours (max) Why Work With Us One of the largest painting companies in Oklahoma (30+ crews) Steady pipeline of commercial work Organized jobs (not chaotic job sites) Long-term consistent work Apply If You Have real painting experience Can produce without constant supervision Want steady work with a growing company
