Summer Painter

Job Description:

We are a growing painting business looking for hardworking, goal-oriented people. We are hiring full-time summer painters to help complete a variety of residential painting projects. This is a hands-on position that involves working as part of a team to prepare, paint, and finish different surfaces. As a painter, you will be responsible for helping transform spaces by applying clean, even coats of paint while following clear instructions and maintaining a steady workflow. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by power washing, scraping, sanding, and priming Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow project timelines and complete tasks efficiently Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on job sites Assist with setup and cleanup at the beginning and end of each workday Interact professionally with clients when required Qualifications No prior painting experience required (training provided), but experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work full-time hours throughout the summer Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from job sites Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay:

$17.00 - $30.00 per hour
