Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our residential painting team for the summer season. Painters will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and contributing to a positive customer experience. This position offers opportunities for performance bonuses, leadership development, and additional earnings through lead generation. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming. Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized worksite. Follow company quality and safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers and crew members. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily job site operations. Generate leads and referrals when opportunities arise. Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders. Dependable, punctual, and coachable. Painting experience preferred but not required; training provided. Compensation & Bonus Opportunities Competitive hourly pay. Lead Generation Bonuses $5 per qualified lead. $20 per lead that results in a completed estimate appointment. Beat the Budget Bonus Earn additional compensation when projects are completed under budget while maintaining company quality standards. Loyalty Bonus Seasonal completion bonus awarded to employees who remain in good standing and work through the end of the season. Additional performance incentives, contests, and cash prizes throughout the summer. Seasonal Employment This is a seasonal position that runs through September .
