General Description The Painter position is for an experienced, well-rounded painter who can confidently handle all aspects of residential and commercial painting projects. Responsibilities include spraying, brushing, and rolling siding, doors, trim, and other surfaces, as well as preparing surfaces, maintaining equipment, and keeping job sites clean and organized. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can adapt to different projects and tasks. The Painter should also be able to interact with clients and tenants in a polite and professional manner while representing the company. Deliverables and Accountabilities Complete painting projects safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Properly prepare surfaces, including scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming. Perform quality brushing, rolling, and spraying as needed. Properly use, clean, and maintain painting tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Follow project instructions, schedules, and company procedures. Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and team members. Identify and communicate any issues or needed repairs to the supervisor. Take pride in workmanship and ensure completed work meets company standards. Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Identification to work in the U.S Must be able to pass a drug test Must pass a background check Valid driver's license
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
