Job Title:
Commercial Painter Pay- 23-30/hr Job Description This role focuses on providing high-quality painting services for new construction projects throughout the Lancaster area. You will mix paints, prepare job sites, and apply paint using spraying, rolling, and cutting techniques to deliver a professional finish on commercial and residential builds. Responsibilities Mix paints to achieve the correct color, consistency, and finish for each project Prepare surfaces and work areas thoroughly, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed Set up and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, rollers, and brushes Apply paint using spraying techniques to large surfaces and detailed areas in new construction builds Perform rolling and cutting work to ensure clean lines, even coverage, and a high-quality appearance Inspect completed work to verify proper coverage, color accuracy, and adherence to quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each project Work efficiently on multiple construction projects within the Lancaster area while meeting deadlines Collaborate with other trades and site personnel to coordinate work and minimize disruptions Essential Skills At least 10 years of experience in commercial or residential painting Strong proficiency with spray painting techniques, including use of spray guns Demonstrated experience with rolling and cutting for clean, professional finishes Hands-on experience with paint preparation, including surface prep and masking Ability to mix paints accurately to meet project specifications Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, on local projects within about one hour of Lancaster Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working on new construction residential builds Ability to read and follow job specifications and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Reliability and consistency in meeting project schedules and deadlines Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
