Belmont Trailers is a growing company in Leola Pa, that manufactures high quality steel and aluminum trailers. We are looking for a Trailer Painter to join our Team that is motivated, supports our mission, vision, and core values, and is eager to grow with us.   • Continuous Improvement Duties and responsibilities This is a list of the primary job responsibilities, but you are also expected to help in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the Belmont Team as a whole.
  • Paint trailer frames and components to acceptable quality standards.
  • Prep trailers for painting by washing, caulking, and masking as required.
  • Loading and unloading parts from paint racks.
  • Help maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and orderly.
  • Collaborate with other Team members to look for ways to reduce waste and process times on a regular basis. Qualifications Self-Motivating

  • No experience necessary; willing to train Physical requirements Must be able to work on their feet for a full 10 hr. shift and lift at least 75 lbs. Compensation
  • $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
