Job Description
Painter needed for Pittsburgh based real estate manager. This is a full time, year round job working inside apartments and common areas of apartment buildings doing painting and patching. We typically do not work on exteriors but will if necessary. Typical work involves touching up and painting after repairs are completed by plumbers and electricians, painting vacant and occupied apartments. You must be able to prep walls by doing drywall and plaster repairs, sanding and priming if necessary. We are looking for a someone to travel with their own vehicle to different properties in and around Allegheny County and surrounding area. We provide free parking at all locations. We offer health insurance benefits after 60 days, paid time off, paid vacations, and a 401k. You must have your own vehicle to go to jobsites.
