We are seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Painter with That 1 Painter Pittsburgh, you will work on a variety of projects, from interior and exterior residential homes to commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure clean and precise application with attention to detail. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients. Complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional painter (residential or commercial). Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and at various heights. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specialty finishes or techniques (e.g., faux finishes, wallpapering). Familiarity with Pittsburgh-area neighborhoods and building codes.
