Temp-to-Hire Shift:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation:

Clean, scrape, sand, tape off, and patch drywall imperfections to ensure a flawless finish.

Paint Application:

Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and professional airless sprayers.

Site Protection:

Mask surfaces, drop tarps, and protect floors, fixtures, and cabinets from overspray and drips.

Quality Finishing:

Execute clean trim lines, consistent coverage, and final punch list touch-ups before final inspections.

Safety & Maintenance:

Set up and work safely from ladders, staging, and scaffolding while maintaining a tidy jobsite. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial construction.

Equipment Skills:

Proficiency with standard brushes and rollers; experience operating airless spray equipment is a major plus.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, work overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliability:

Strong attention to detail, punctual attendance, and a team-player attitude.

Logistics:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local jobsites.
