We're looking for a talented and motivated Residential Painter to join our team, specializing in interior and exterior painting .
Position Overview:
As a Residential Painter , you will play a key role in transforming homes with high-quality residential painting. You will work closely with homeowners to provide a clean, efficient, and precise finish that enhances the beauty and functionality of their living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior/Exterior Painting :
Prep surfaces, including sanding, priming, and patching holes or cracks. Apply high-quality paints, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other interior surfaces. Ability to maneuver and climb ladders up to 40ft tall Ensure smooth, even coats with attention to detail, achieving professional-grade results.
Cabinet Refinishing :
Strip, sand, and prep kitchen and bathroom cabinets for refinishing. Apply stains, paints, or glazes to cabinets to restore or change their appearance. Work with various finishing techniques, including spraying, brushing, and wiping. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication with clients regarding project timelines and expectations. Work efficiently and independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Residential Painter and/or cabinet refinishing experience. Experience with both interior painting and cabinet refinishing (painting, sanding, staining, sealing, and glazing). Proficient in using paint tools, brushes, sprayers, and other finishing equipment. Knowledge of different types of paint, finishes, and the appropriate methods for various surfaces. Strong attention to detail, with an eye for achieving a smooth, even, and flawless finish. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with customers. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
