Job Title:
Painter Job Description As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes on various commercial construction projects, including offices, schools, hospitals, banks, and industrial facilities. Your role will ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, while maintaining job site safety and meeting project deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and patching. Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using rolling and brushing techniques. Maintain high-quality standards in all painting tasks. Ensure job site safety at all times. Adhere to project deadlines and schedules. Essential Skills Proficiency in painting and paint preparation. Ability to brush and roll effectively. Minimum of 2 years of painting experience in residential or commercial settings. Work Environment The work environment primarily involves indoor painting, with some projects requiring exterior painting. Start times are typically at 6 a.m., and you will be working on a variety of commercial construction sites. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
