Full Job Description Position Overview:
CertaPro Painters of Charleston is an independently owned and operated franchisee of CertaPro Painters, Ltd. CertaPro Painters began operations in 1992 and has become the largest residential and commercial painting company in North America. CertaPro Painters is looking for an employee to do a range of roles: Assist with supervision of paint crews, regularly check in on site with crews Facilliate daily check ins with paint crews and clients Translation assistance with paint crews (if Spanish speaking) Run errands on the ground Employee painter for small jobs and callbacks Employee pressure washer Must have 5+ years professional house painting experience. Commercial pressure washing experience highly beneficial. Bilingual (spanish/english) highly beneficial Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in a variety of situations (from colleagues to clients to paint crews) Extremely detail oriented (to ensure excellent quality control) Strong commitment to customer satisfaction; consistently looking to go the extra mile Reliable, always on time Creative problem solver Willing to pitch in and help with small tasks Flexible with schedule, particularly when needed to ensure customer satisfaction Accepts feedback and constructive criticism Willing to learn new techniques and capabilities
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Franchise Owner. Work schedule and location Typically 8 AM through 5/6 PM, with a lunch break, Monday through Friday Evenings or weekends may occasionally be required in case of urgent issues, or to support staff attendance at a home show. Some office time required; Minimal time working from home Compensation Hourly wage Compensation commensurate with experience
Pay:
$33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
