| Servicemaster Recovery on Demand Mitigation Project Manager - Water, Fire & Mold North Charleston, SC 29418 | Full-Time | $65,000-$120,000 per year (Salary & Commission) About the Role ServiceMaster of Charleston is an industry-leading disaster restoration, cleaning, and remodeling company that has proudly served the Tri-County area for more than 35 years. We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water, fire, and mold restoration projects from first response through completion, ensuring properties are stabilized quickly and restored to pre-loss condition while delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. What You'll Do Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial inspection through final completion, ensuring work meets IICRC industry standards Respond promptly to emergency losses, directing technicians and subcontractors on water extraction, structural drying, demolition, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, internal coordinators, and insurance adjusters, providing clear, professional communication throughout each project Set and manage customer expectations from initial scope through final walkthrough, including the financial process Coordinate and oversee multiple crews, tasks, and schedules simultaneously, including on-call rotation as needed Monitor moisture levels, drying equipment placement, and containment protocols to ensure proper mitigation practices Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication Prepare and manage estimates using the Xactimate estimating platform Document project scope and measurements using Docusketch Utilize ICAT for job tracking and documentation Participate in an on-call rotation What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with homeowners and business clients alike Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple people, projects, and deadlines at once Working knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation methods and processes IICRC certification(s) in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and/or Mold Remediation preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred:
