Painter Role (2+ Years Experience) Interior and exterior painting Surface prep (sanding, patching, priming) Clean, precise finishes Maintain job site cleanliness Foreman Role (Leadership Position) Lead and manage crews on job sites Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high standard Communicate with homeowners professionally Deliver a high-quality customer experience Maintain accountability and efficiency on site

Requirements Painter:

Minimum 2 years experience

Foreman:
