Responsibilities include Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, scraping, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and hand tools to specifications to execute precise painting tasks. Conduct surface repairs such as plastering, drywall installation, and caulking to create smooth bases for painting. Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Perform structural painting on various surfaces including stucco, framing, and fixtures., maintaininga clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety standards. Proven experience in residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Familiarity with construction site safety regulations including respiratory protection and safety protocol adherence. Experience with renovation projects involving fixture installation, trim carpentry, framing, stucco application. Ability to work effectively at heights using ladders safely while maintaining focus on safety regulations .
