Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Residential Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential spaces with expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining safety standards on every project. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life through precise surface preparation, expert application of paints and coatings, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, drywall installation, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and conventional spray equipment with precision and efficiency Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and surface specifications to accurately execute painting projects according to client requirements Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols Perform structural painting tasks such as stucco application, masonry work, fixture installation, and restoration projects with attention to detail Conduct surface preparation for construction painting surfaces including drywall finishing, plastering, caulking, and masonry repairs Ensure compliance with safety regulations by wearing respiratory protection and following safety protocol adherence at all times during project execution Collaborate with team members on site to interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate project completion Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly throughout the project lifecycle Requirements No fowl language Must have transportation Must have the ability to cut straight lines and be roll walls. Proven experience in residential painting with a strong portfolio demonstrating quality craftsmanship in brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including industrial applications), and coating techniques Skilled in construction estimating processes related to painting projects and surface preparation tasks Knowledge of color theory for effective color matching and visual color comparison skills Ability to use ladders safely for high-reach areas along with proficiency in hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other relevant equipment Familiarity with construction site experience including blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, drywall installation, plastering, stucco work, masonry repairs, fixture installation, renovation projects, remodeling tasks, maintenance work, and restoration efforts Basic math skills for measuring surfaces accurately and estimating material quantities effectively Strong understanding of safety regulations related to construction painting including respiratory protection measures Excellent communication skills to interpret technical instructions clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment Valid experience in commercial or industrial painting is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn new techniques is essentialJoin us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier residential painting services with precision and professionalism.
