In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential and commercial projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met. Requirements Professional experience in residential painting. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment used in construction environments. Skills in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry are desirable.
