Lead Residential/Commercial Painter Employment Type:
Full-Time / Permanent About the Role We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Lead Professional Painter to spearhead our projects. In this role, you aren't just a craftsman—you are the point person on the job site. If you take pride in your work, have a "safety-first" mindset when working at heights, and possess the leadership skills to direct a crew and manage daily operations, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Take charge of the job site by directing daily work, managing crew tasks, and ensuring the team stays on track.Project Oversight:
Serve as the primary contact on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to our high standards of quality.High-Quality Production:
Provide expert interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial projects.Site Preparation:
Oversee and perform expert surface preparation, including sanding, caulking, priming, and minor drywall repairs.Safety & Equipment:
Operate and direct work from tall ladders, extension ladders, and scaffolding; ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.Logistics:
Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of professional painting experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or "lead" capacity (preferred).Leadership:
Proven ability to delegate tasks, solve problems on the fly, and motivate a team.Technical Mastery:
Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers; deep knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and technical specifications. Comfort atHeights:
Must be fully comfortable and experienced working on ladders and scaffolding at various heights.Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual, and possesses a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/climb for extended periods.What We Offer Competitive Pay:
