We are hiring a full-time specialty/finish painter for residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Job Summary:

• As a Finish Painter at Field Construction, Inc., you will be responsible for high-end painting, staining and other speicalty wall finishes. You will work on a range of projects, from renovating residential properties to commerical painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of color theory and possess excellent craftsmanship skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing them down to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Prep areas to be painted including set up, taping and puttying.
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to company protocols, scheduling and execution of all tasks with precision.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial painting or similar roles.
• Familiarity with specialty painting/finish techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of maintaining and repairing surfaces before painting.
• Experience with staining and clear coating processes
• A valid drivers licence is required.
• Must speak fluent English.
