As a skilled painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to creating visually stunning environments while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and other hand tools to achieve smooth, even finishes. Use ladders safely and effectively for high or hard-to-reach areas while following all safety regulations and protocols. Perform construction site surface preparation including sanding, masking, and protecting surrounding areas during painting processes. Skills Extensive experience in residential and commercial construction painting projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray), and surface preparation. Skilled in various painting techniques such as brush painting, roller application, spray painting (conventional and construction spray), and coating.
