Job Description
Overview We are seeking experienced painters who are passionate about transforming spaces and delivering exceptional quality work. This role offers an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals to showcase their expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards are met consistently. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes and rollers, as well as spray equipment including airless sprayers and conventional spray systems Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols including respiratory protection measures Perform surface repairs such as drywall patching, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry to ensure smooth finishes before painting Conduct surface preparation for construction painting surfaces including masonry, drywall, and structural elements in renovation or remodeling projects Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling waste disposal of paints and chemicals in accordance with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in residential, commercial painting Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (airless and conventional), brushes, rollers, and other application equipment Knowledge of construction site safety regulations including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to safety protocols Experience with surface preparation techniques such as sanding, caulking Strong understanding of coating types, surface conditions, and appropriate application methods for different materials Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join our team if you're ready to bring your expertise in construction painting to life!
