• :•As a valued team member, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tending machines that coat, paint, or spray steel components and products with protective or decorative finishes.

You will ensure all surfaces meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and production requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare steel parts for coating or painting by cleaning, sanding, or masking as required.
• Set up and calibrate coating, painting, and spraying equipment according to job specifications.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, or sprays, ensuring proper consistency and coverage.
• Monitor machine operations, adjusting controls to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for uniformity, defects, or thickness, making corrections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and quality checks.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial painting, coating, or machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and technical manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a warehouse/industrial setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
