ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a junior painter who's ready to learn. You don't need years of experience — you need to show up on time, work hard, and want to get better at the trade. We'll teach you the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prep job sites — cover floors and furniture, mask trim, set up ladders Sand, scrape, patch, and clean surfaces before painting Apply primer and paint under the direction of experienced painters Move materials, mix paint, and maintain tools and brushes Break down and clean up the job site at end of day Travel between job sites in your own vehicle

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Your own basic painter tools (scraper, paint brushes, drop cloths) — we provide larger equipment Reliable attendance — on time, every day Willingness to take direction and learn
